(And yep, it's very true, warts and all. Although I don't get the first cartoon. I don't see haunted looks on the faces of my friends as they consider me. However, I do notice haunted looks on the faces of others who are, say, hurt by comments others make about them (such as at UU Board meetings! :P . Is that what the cartoon is trying to say?)
