Being as that is the Cat People deck (I went to the site)I do believe it is supposed to be cat's eyes on her robe. Or it could be they were meant to imply either eyes or bewbies. Abundance that can be given to feed or taken away. We can see what the gifts or not.

I'm not really big on any of the decks they chose to use, so I don't know much about them. Too much stuff going on on with the image to see clearly. I got The Empress. I always get that or The High Priestess depending on my mood.
