That was the subject line of a spam email I received a few minutes ago. I wish it were true. I wish my (home) office was closed today, and that I had no work tomorrow.
I woke up to a dark, foggy, rainy day, in a real funk. I realized this was SAD and I needed to go sit in front of my light box.
Now the sky has cleared a little and I'm feeling a bit better.
The earlier rain and damp, however, meant that my car -- which has been at the body shop since Monday morning -- needs to stay there another day, because they're having trouble getting the paint to dry. I've been driving my husband to work in his truck, using it to run errands and go back home, and then to go back out to pick him up at 5 p.m. I was hoping today would be the last of that routine. Ah well.
