I admit I'm not sure what you mean by "no comment." When my mother would say that, she meant, "It is beneath me to comment," meaning she disdained/had contempt for whatever it was. So that's how I tend to "read" your comment here.

But I suppose it could also mean, "I'm neutral," or even "I agree."

In my case, I'm afraid I strongly disagree. No disdain or contempt, though. Much sadness for such a misinterpreted view of history.
