Thanks! A different heating repair guy came today (thank heavens! See my latest rant/post about the Thursday Not Mr. Fixit fellow) and we're back up to 68 degrees downstairs.

And yet, I'm *still* cold. Spouse is taking a nap, I think I'll build a fire.
