I'm strugglig at the moment with the last third of  a fundraising letter that I had been told was due at the end of the day. At 2:30, the AE called to say that they were closing at 3 p.m. for "summer hours" (they close early every Friday in the summer -- first I'd ever heard about it!), and I could turn it in on Monday if I wanted. I want to get it done, though, dammit.

Slog, slog, slog away....

(I guess getting it done is what I "really, really want" -- no, actually, I want a nap.)

You get the letters from the Universe, too? "Tut", isn't it? So do I, and sometimes I think they are fantastic, other times, I think, meh.
