I think you also knew then and know now because time is not as linear and fixed as we imagine it to be on this side. That's the scientific view. The realist in you wrote down the time and date you had these dreams, because you wanted to know, was there anything to it, and you knew that documentating, ie, scientific method, would help to prove or disprove the case.
